Hi All,

I was just watching the Today Show, and they reported a segment on  
the benefits of movement for mental health. As we all well know, the  
benefits of moving through therapy, the author of this book is  
helping us to hopefully connect with those who are unaware of the  
body/mind connection! Though DMT's are not personal trainers, this  
segment showed one particular p.t assisting his client through yoga- 
like stretches! I was very pleased...

The book is called, Conquering Depression and Anxiety Through  
Exercise, but Keith Johnsgard.
