If so, we have office space coming open in October 2006. 
I have been practicing in this space for 6 years and it has been ideal for a combined dance/movement therapy and counseling practice. The space is in an excellent location in Greensboro, NC, in a beautiful upscale neighborhood that is convenient to several major thoroughfares and several colleges & universities, as well as the area of the city that is quickly becoming an international center. The office unit is a one floor, end unit condo of about 12 total units, all businesses. There is a grassy side yard that I have used for movement and play sessions.
The space available includes an office space with 2 large windows that is ideal for working with individuals, couples, and families OR for massage therapy; equal access to a larger movement/group room; a shared waiting room; and shared kitchenette and bathroom. The space is easily accessible for persons with disabilities. File storage, custom blinds, computer, copier, & fax access are options. Parking is included with rental.
You would share the space with others in independent private practices. There are opportunities to file insurance as an independent contractor with several practitioners. Efforts will be made to refer clients and assist you in filing and billing services. This is a very supportive group of well-trained professionals who know the area and referral networks very well.
