Yes, I will ditto Sarah and give Congrats to Cynthia and Robyn. I just purchased the article on the internet.
Last June I flew to NYC from Italy to hear the neuroscientist Alan Schore present his work at Mt. Sinai- and also to take part in the grand Authentic Movement Gathering in Mass.( which was wonderful by the way).
But to get back to neuroscience... I felt compelled to sit in, be a part, be "moved" by Schore's research- to try to assimilate on my own cognitive level what his and others work can mean to us as DMTS. I felt we were in with the "big guns" when he quoted J. Kestenberg and E. Dosmantes Alpherson - although he did not mention dmt as such. Yes, this reserach belongs to our work and I feel that we need to as Cynthia has done- weave the science, the poetry and clinical threads so that we can be heard with a deeper and resonating voice. . Of course we have been "deep" all along.
But we need the Schores as much as he/ they need us ...to indicate a "way" which is closely allied to their science and is right under their olfactory nerves.
Ciao, Marcia Plevin
