[Adta] use of restraints

Dear members,

I work in an in-patient setting where restraints are
available to use at the discretion of our clinical
director.  I often find myself disagreeing when a
restraint is used and also when it is not. I am
curious to hear from others about their experience of
the use of restraints in in-patient settings.
