[Adta] IDEA 2004 question

Does anyone know if D/MT is still a service that is covered under  
IDEA now that it has been revised? I have tried to wade through all  
the new information but can't seem to find any mention of creative  
arts therapy as a related service. Do we fall under the scope of  
counseling as far as IDEA is concerned? Thanks for any input.
