Dance/Movement Therapy is not presently covered under IDEA in the 
legislative language. We lost this battle when the law was reauthorized last 
year.  A parent or teacher may request the service since the regulation 
language says that services should not be limited to those in the 
legislative language. All we can do now is mount a new campaign for the next
