  Come join the cohesive, professional and high-energy team at Patton State Hospital (PSH). We currently have openings for Dance/Movement Therapists, which is one of the five disciplines included in the Rehabilitation Therapy umbrella. Other openings for Rehabilitation Therapists include Art, Music, Occupation and Recreation Therapy. Please inform all students and/or alumni of these positions. Our very large Rehabilitation Therapy Service consists of sixty-five plus diverse therapists that are very holistic in treatment practice. PSH is a forensic hospital that provides twenty-four hour care for approximately 1500 judicially committed individuals who also have a psychiatric illness. We are implementing the Recovery philosophy, which fosters hope, empowerment and promotes relapse prevention. We are dedicated to facilitate each individual’s Recovery journey through evidenced based practice.
   
  PSH is located in Southern California in the foothills of the San Bernardino Mountains, between Los Angeles and Palm Springs. San Diego is approximately one and one-half hours drive and Big Bear is about a one-hour drive.
  Pay scale range starts around $40,000-$45,000 plus a $200.00 monthly Recruitment and Retention Bonus.
