      Larry Busch, ACA President will be  traveling to Austin from 
Carbondale, IL where he lives, to be with us for that  meeting.  In addition, there is a 
good possibility that Kirpal Singh of  Singapore, who chairs the ACA 2008 
Conference (in Singapore) will be joining  us as well.
 
     I hope to distribute a proposed Conference  design, including 
registration fees, conference timeframe outline, and  tentative keynote presenters, for 
your review and comment, prior to this  meeting. 
 
       By a copy of this to the  ACA National Board, I am requesting  ACTIVE 
assistance in getting  presenter submissions as well as their personal and 
organizational financial  sponsorships to help underwrite the Conference costs.
