Dear Gloria,

Thanks for your reminder re the early registration rate on the Listserve.   I 
have been working out of the country much of the summer and returned to many 
piles of emails, bills and other admin things, in addition to patients, etc.   
(I know you know the feeling!)   Though I know I made my airline and hotel 
reservations via Visa before flying out I'm not sure whether I registered for 
the conference or not.   I'm sorry for having to ask about this but could you 
let me know as, if not, I'll do so, pronto!
