I would like to add my sympathy and prayers to the friends and family of Casey Slayton. I knew her briefly, through her work on the ADTA Board of Directors. What a bright star! Her lightness of spirit, energy, focus, beauty, dedication, and creativity will be sorely missed.

I am so very saddened to hear about Casey’s tragic accident. She had an incredible amount of energy and was a huge advocate of d/mt-she even saved the ADTA large amounts of money each year by putting the newsletter on line . I enjoyed my time with her on the board and fondly remember joining her for a beer at a local hang out in New Orleans. I will personally and professionally miss Casey even though our lives only touched briefly. My condolences go out to everyone that new her.

  Blessings to everyone,
  Stacey

I just received this notice about Casey Slayton from her brother Matt. Casey served ADTA as Newsletter Editor and was instrumental in moving our Newsletter to electronic format. Everyone who knew Casey will remember her unique combination of beauty and boundless energy. Robyn Cruz

I'm sorry if this is the first you have heard of the news about Casey's death. It happened Sunday, 9/10 in a one car accident on a country road in Oregon. We have setup a MySpace account (http://www.myspace.com/ourcaseykate) and email address (ourcaseykate at yahoo.com) to keep family and friends updated and to share stories and photos, etc. Please do not hesitate to get a hold of our family if you need anything. Thank you for your prayers and support.
