Dear Matt,

Thank you for letting us know about Casey.  There have been many
messages from our members on our dance/movement therapy listserve
which you may not have seen, but I just wanted you to know that we
are all very saddened by the news about Casey.

Please send condolences to your parents and siblings from our
Board of Directors.  Some of us worked with Casey and were affected
greatly by her enthusiasm, creativity and spirit.

We are very sorry for your loss and the loss to the dance/movement
therapy world.
