Dear Lora & All,

That is an excellent question... Of course, It is preferential that all
inquiries and discussion points offered to the Listserv receive at least one
response online. As a member of the Public Relations Committee, an
appointed position, The ADTA Listserve Respondent is an appointed to monitor
and ensure that Listserv inquiries and discussion points are addressed. The
Listserv Respondent is a member of the ADTA who reports to the Public
Relations Chairperson. The Listserv Respondent's functions are to stimulate
communication, to be responsive, to correct myths by presenting reality
based facts and resources, to foster interaction, and to make the Listserv
'participant friendly'.

Our amazing Listserve Respondent is Susan Kleinman. She keeps our
discussions generated, answers inquires, however, as you know, she can't
possibly do it all and we are always looking for persons interested in
serving to assist in this capacity and serve as alternate in case our
respondent is unable to respond to such inquiries. This is why we do hope
that all of you too chime in and respond when an interesting topic comes
across.

It is part of our Vision implemented by the Board to have

Dynamic, Responsive, Effective Infrastructure Advancing DMT Scholarship and
Practice in the Best Interests of Our Constituents

A Strong Public Image

And Expanding Membership that is Vibrant, Diverse, and Actively Involved

Our listserve serves many functions in our community and in the public. I'm
glad to know that you are concerned that inquires are getting responded
to... and certainly it is our desire as well.

Our Susan Kleinman, our listserve Respondent does an amazing job in this
area. I know all of you know her name, and email "skdmt2" I do want to take
this opportunity, since Lora brought this up, to publicly thank Susan for
her consistent "holding environment" that she provides for us in our
cyberspace community!! A million "thanks" to Susan!! Certainly, however,
each of you serve to work towards these visions as well!!

Warmly,

Christina Devereaux, MA, LCAT, LMHC, ADTR, NCC
