[Adta] Re-sending

[Kinections]

How is it then that so many people have told me that they did not 
receive the message?  Note that the address below says 
adta-bounces at adta.org. What does that mean or imply about the ADTA's 
spam filter decisions?  What should we be doing differently to ensure 
that our messages are received? I ask because this is   has happened.not 
just to me but to other people as well.
