[Adta] A fantastic training opportunity in Boston!

 It is with great excitement that the Children's Trauma Recovery
Foundation invites you to our first training of the 2008 year.  On January 5
- 6, 2008, we will be hosting the Rainbowdance Credentialing Program at 1019
Commonwealth Avenue in Boston, MA.  The training fee will be $325 and
will include the two day training and twelve months of program and
supervisory support including two supervisory site visits.

*Rainbowdance **Ó **is an evidence informed program for children emotionally
and cognitively aged 1.5 to 5 years (inclusive of developmental
disabilities, as well as language, hearing, and vision impaired) developed
by Dicki Johnson Macy ADTR, LMHC, M.Ed. Primary goals include increasing:
1)self esteem, 2)social empathy, and 3)self regulation. A multi sensory
intervention, Rainbowdance **Ó **encourages healthy attachment and
relationship building, as well as language acquisition, through the use of
music, gesture and sign language, movement rituals, and story. The sixteen
(16) hour credentialing training is offered to a limited number of
clinicians, OT's, PT's, Speech Therapists, Early Interventionists, Daycare
Teachers and Providers, as well as to parents. Credentialed trainees receive
twelve months of phone and email support as well as two supervisory site
visits. Training and support are provided by Dicki Johnson Macy and the
staff members of The Children's Trauma Recovery Foundation. *
