 If you are stressed out cold or looking for the perfect holiday gift the wonderful hot water bags will come to the rescue. Maybe some of you attending the conference in Brooklyn got to try out these bags and loved them.  They provide instant comfort for adults and children. They help to releive muscle pain and tension as well as arthritis pain. Flexible and sturdy they are so soothing to lie on cozy up with.  I use mine every night to help me relax and fall asleep.

If you buying a present for someone with arthritis or who may have difficulty holding much weight, I would suggest the small ones.  I use both the medium and small sometimes creating a "sandwich"  - a medium under my back and a small on my abdomen or chest
