[Adta] help getting to read newsletter

Thank you for my password but I am still unable to register and open up the newsletter on line.
It  says to put your first name initial and last name and I have tried many times.
Since my name is hyphenated that may be the problem.
I tried csylvestergray but that did not work.
What do you suggest?  I really want to read these newletters!
