Dear Nava and list serve members,
The topic of assessment is so timely for me. At our last Minnesota Chapter
meeting we began a brief discussion of the importance of assessment &
assessment forms used in the hospital and other settings. We decided to put
this on the agenda of our next meeting to give members opportunity to
compile forms, assessments, any material that they want to share. I'd like
to see added to the list of "Movement Assessment Tools" the "Movement
Diagnosis Tests" developed by Liljan Espenak. These are described quite
nicely in chapter 3 of her book DANCE THERAPY THEORY AND APPLICATION
copyright 1981 by Charles C. Thomas, publisher. Thank you for compiling
these tools.
