  Authentic Movement: Cultivating Presence
The Discipline of Authentic Movement explores the relationship between
moving and being moved, seeing and being seen. Ultimately, it is the
exploration of “witness consciousness” in both mover and witness to heal,
transform and free. The practice of Authentic Movement nurtures our capacity
to be fully present for both the suffering and the joy of life. The practice offers
an invitation to be fully embodied in our own existence.
As we move and witness together, we develop an embodied intimacy based
on the recognition of our shared humanity, helping to dissolve the illusion of
separateness that fuels self-aggression, violence and inhumane conditions in
the world. We gather to practice not to withdraw into ourselves, but to nurture
to the capacity to bear witness, to remain open to life and the vulnerability of
  being human.
This intensive is designed for those who have had extensive experience in the
form of Authentic Movement and who share a commitment to nurture the
capacity to bear witness for self and other.
Workshop enrollment is limited – please register early to ensure a place!
