To the members:

With sadness, I write to tell you about the death of Aaron Schmais, Claire's 
husband of 54 years. He died today following an illness that lasted several 
months.  After a long and illustrious career as a sociologist, in his retirement 
Aaron volunteered to serve as the public member of ADTA's Approval Committee. 
 His dedication to our field was apparent in assuming this position, and in 
his support of Claire's work throughout the decades. In all ways, he will be 
missed.   

The funeral is Monday, January 15 at 1:15 at:
