  My mother called me from Philadelphia the other day, ecstatic about a tv show that she happened to catch while cleaning the living room on her day off from work.  She told me that she saw "this amazing woman, and she was talking about dance therapy- and--" my mother continued for about five minutes, telling me what dance therapy is and how healing it is for people.  
   
  She also said "how beautiful" Sharon Chaiklin is, and that she "just couldn't figure out how old she is".  
   
  So, thank you, Sharon, for sharing dance therapy with the media and reaching so many people, but a special thanks to you for explaining it in such a way that my mother finally understands what I've been doing for the past five years!
