Dear Caitlin
I was reviewing old emails and wondered what became of your project
below. In light of your goals and dreams, I, also, thought to let you
know about an authentic movement and focusing group I and a friend,
Aileen Crow, have been offering. Both of these techniques (authentic
movement and focusing) are gentle, respectful techniques for exploring
trauma or any other difficult areas of life participants are struggling
with.

The group will meet March 25, April 15 & 19 from 4 - 6 at the Mary
Seidman studio, 252 W. 30th St. (near 8th Ave.) 4th Fl. (4A). The cost
is $25 but we have a $20 student rate. You can call me at 212 721-4284
if you have questions or would like to attend. Let me know if you'd
like to be informed of future dates the group will meet.

warm wishes,
Barbara
