MOVING IMAGINATION, INTRO TO CD/AM
May 20, 2007 (Sunday 10:00 AM-4:00 PM) Watertown, Massachusetts
Watertown Healing Arts Center
Alton Wasson with Jean Charette
Contemplative Dance is a simple, profound practice of moving meditation,
creative expression, and active imagination. It is an invitation to
enter
into the body's brave wisdom. The practice involves suspending
judgments and
expectations and allowing the inner body to follow its own impulses to
move
or be still. From this place, spontaneous movements and images can
emerge.
Non-judgmental, supportive witness response can be offered to enable the
inner workings of the body/ mind to be made conscious.
$110 tuition
