Hi Rena,Anna, and all,
Isn't that the video William Freeman did while he was still in Kansas, with the organization called "Accessible Arts"? The organization is still there . I remember they have the video you mentioned, training manuals, and many programs for utilizing the arts with children with special needs.

Hi Anna,
Several years ago, William Freedman put together an absolutely beautiful
video on creative arts therapies with children dealing with special
needs. The entire video is subtitled. There is a section on DMT with LD
children, art with blind children and music (and I wouldn't call this
section therapy) with deaf children. The video is a wonderful
introduction to DMT with premises of the field and examples. The art
section is also wonderful. It is available very reasonably but I have to
get you the information from work later today. You can order the video
and a curriculum of integrating the arts for special needs into
education for something like $55. It is a shame that this was never
shown at a conference because it is a little gem. Sorry the section on
the deaf is not really therapy or very exciting until the end when she
does some movement. I will try hard to remember to send you the ordering
information from work this afternoon.
