It's great to hear everyone's impressions of this year's conference, and
what a treat to see it via Christine's video of the movement choir! Thank
you Christine, Marylee and All.

I just received the following link from Antonella Adorisio, a dance therapy
colleague in Italy, who received it from a friend in South Africa, who
received it from a friend in Kenya. "The Drum Beat" looks like an
interesting and inspiring on-line publication about dance as essential form
of communication. Dance therapy is mentioned in at least one of the
articles:

About dance therapy in South Africa, I was there in August and although
there is strong interest in DMT, as far as I know, not yet a formal training
program. I'll copy Tamlyn Wilson in on this, with the suggestion you
(Tamlyn) gather more information about dance therapy from the ADTA website
where you can also subscribe to the adta list:
http://www.adta.org

In post-apartheid South Africa -- a multi-cultural nation with 11 official
spoken languages -- there's a wonderful group called "Dance for All." Here
is a link, in case some of you might like to see it:
http://www.danceforall.co.za

We are an amazing world community and I'm grateful to be part of it.
All best,
Joan
