Suggested language: I'm calling to ask that Rep____support any amendment to 
include H.R. 3419, the Reducing Barriers to Learning Act of 2007, in the 
bill to reauthorize the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ie, NCLB). 
This bill will help increase student access to critical services to better 
address the non-academic needs of students and reduce barriers to learning.
This is an important bill to us and I appreciate your help.
