Elizabeth,
I have used a system developed by myself with Will Freeman and Elise
Tropea. If you are in the VT area, I would suggest that you contact Dr.
Freeman. It is much easier to understand and use the system if you get an
explanation in person. If you are not, let me know and I will advise you.
