  The power of dance is profound and trans-formative. By moving individually within the safety of a group we create ritual—opening to connection, self-expression, and self-discovery. Begin with a grounding, Yoga-based warm-up and continue with one hour of expressive dance, working up from the base of the body through each chakra. By using music and movements to heighten awareness, you may resolve unconscious conflicts that are holding you back from full expression, balance, and vitality.
