[Adta] Refresh Your Roots! LivingDance conf intensive

Hello Everyone,

<>A few weeks ago Lora Wilson wrote that doing LivingDance~LivingMusic 
took her back to her roots in dance, restoring her both personally and 
professionally. She was right on the mark. LivingDance~LivingMusic 
emphasizes the healing inherent in dance, nourishes the clinician, and 
introduces new ways of working that can be applied across cultures and 
to most populations--from individuals struggling with mental or physical 
illnesses to people seeking to self-actualize.

Lora and many of the other practicing and student dance/movement 
therapists who have participated in LivingDance~LivingMusic^(TM) 
workshops have been requesting in-depth training in the work. After 
years of these requests I have agreed to do so.

<>The in-depth LivingDance~LivingMusic program will train people to lead 
LivingDance~LivingMusic groups and workshops. In order to participate, 
people must have attended at least one extended workshop or three 
shorter workshops such as the ones we offer every third weekend of the 
month at Kinections in Rochester, NY. 

Although the in-depth LivingDance~LivingMusic program will only be 
officially announced in a few months, you have an opportunity at the 
ADTA conference to assess and experience the theory and practice of 
LivingDance~LivingMusic.

<>After attending the all day pre-conference workshop on Thursday, 
September 27, you will be able to participate in the advanced level 
LivingDance seminars. To register for the LivingDance~LivingMusic 
workshop at the ADTA conference in NY, please contact gloria at adta.org
